I have not had a chance to put anything new on for a while but here is some ideas for huts.
I found in Micheal's craft shop a round small cardboard bird house perfect size for 20mm figures. I then add a spackling compound to the roof, glued on little twiggs and painted.

the birdhouse has a round hole that needs to be enlarged at the bottom but you can still see the round shape at the top. Using bristles or some sort of natural fibre would seem to work well for the roof.
